Erratic & Unstable?
Brian Drake paints a despot and dictator who was mentored, trained, and created by the British Empire as a tool of warfare in their colonization efforts in central east Africa. Once it became politically untenable to maintain their colonization of African countries, the English handed control back to local leaders. Buffoonery and power run amuck to be sure, but what is the west’s responsibility for making Idi Amin? And like so many other countries, their currency is worthless against the Pound Sterling or US Dollar, and remains to this day an outpost of trafficking, drugs and for hire mercenaries of war. 49.125x49.25
